As well as knowing a good quality gin when we create one (see afore mentioned award winning Selkirk Gin & Tilda’s Tipple!) we also like to think of ourselves as coffee connoisseurs….or perhaps serious coffee appreciators. We are therefore extremely lucky to have the excellent skills of local roasters, Three Hills Coffee, just across the road from our Selkirk Gin shop - something we are particularly grateful for on an early morning!
Never one to miss out on a good trick, we have collaborated with Three Hills in order to produce a unique coffee infused gin. We have blended our award winning London Dry, Selkirk Gin, and the finest cold brew made from Ibanda Ugandan Coffee Beans, to create a smooth gin/coffee infusion with hints of vanilla and strawberry.
Deliciously indulgent served over ice with a touch of cream.
